Disliked: Room was very hot and had to put on air conditioning which is strange for late October in Edmonton. Facility is old and worn out. But for the price it was acceptable.

Disliked: They charged me twice for one night. Two weeks ago, I booked and paid $67 on Booking. Then, on the evening of the reservation at check-in, they told me I had to pay again $67. I told them no, I had already paid on Booking. As a result, I ended up paying twice and the I called or email them and have received no response or refund from them. Avoid this place!!!!

Disliked: 1. washroom was not clean properly the toilet seat was so dirty 2. I booked same hotel 2 times and no one informed me about the breakfast i left 2 times without breakfast even i paid for the breakfast it was included 3. when i was in the hotel room i called to main desk 3-4 times but no response
