Liked: Close to the concert venue.
Disliked: Not enough outlets (for charging phones, tablets, etc). The bathroom door must have been a domestic violence victim, it was cracked on the outside, with a hole above the crack that had been covered over with fake woodgrain tape. On the inside of the bathroom door were two large holes where it looked as if someone had just put their fist through it.

Liked: You charged my visa but hotel said I hadn't paid ...it was the last of the money I had. They wouldn't let me in the room so I had to sleep in my car and my now your saying I can't get my 80.00 back. This is just wrong and you know it.
Disliked: Didn't actually stay they wouldn't let me they said I hadn't paid.

I will make a point...
Liked: Absolutely nothing. This was a motel in full drag as a hotel.
Disliked: I want my money back. This isn’t a hotel - this is worse than a roadside motel in the 70’s disguised as a hotel. We entered the room smelling like cat piss and weed. Our TV was broken, shower didn’t work, our floors were disgusting and not vacuumed or cleaned. Our window was completely shattered with a curtain pulled over it. When the AC kicked on everyone woke up each time because it sounded worse than a car without a muffler kicking on. The pillows should have been served with syrup and butter because they were flatter than flapjacks. We were missing amenities such as tissue paper and other basics. Our mirror was broken, mold growing in the bathroom and everything EVERYTHING was sticky. I paid as much as I would have to stay at a Holiday Inn to be absolutely miserable. One night was enough for me to say I am never coming back and making sure everyone I know knows it! I want my money back and Wyndham to be responsible and shut this place down till it’s taken care of this property.
