A/C barely worked; price booked was $188 - ended up being $277 due to $50 extra to park. For those prices remodels and upgrades are desperately needed.

Great hotel for staying downtown. Everything was so convenient and within walking distance.

Liked: Excellent location - close to the subway & bus as well as being walking distance to Lake Michigan. The building is older but our room was super clean. Beds were comfortable. Room was warm. We asked to store our luggage on the last day and the bellhops were on holiday we were told so they extended our checkout which was very kind and generous. Good value for the price.
Disliked: The radiator was EXTREMELY loud, waking us up at night. We asked maintenance to look at it but despite this it was still very loud. The microwave also didn't work on the first day but they were quick to fix this.
