Disliked: They never did room service.Guests make a lot of noise all night long partying in the rooms next door. It seems like people from the street are staying there.

Disliked: Room was extremely dirty. Floor was not vacuumed or washed. Toilet bowl was clean. But not cleaned around the base of the toilet. Also had bugs that was crawling on bed when first arrived. The cleaning crew cleaned it the next day. But still missed cleaning around the toilet.

Liked: Based on the condition of the room when we arrived, I was just happy to leave without bedbugs. After 1 very long sleepless night... we cancelled the rest of our stay at this location and were given a refund for the remainder of the days we had booked for without a problem.
Disliked: Had it not been so late when we arrived, we would have immediately left. The floors were dirty- could not walk barefoot. The shower had hair on the walls and at the drain. The wrapper from the prior occupants soap was still in the shower. The "non smoking" room smelt like someone was smoking in there for the last 20 years, baked into the walls and fabric. Thee odor was so strong that we could not sleep and were tempted to open the door to the room just to breathe fresh air. Words cannot describe the blanket that they used. I can only say that the blanket may have been the original from when the place was built.

Liked: Nothing I liked at all about this hotel We didn't stay because the hotel was very nasty black mold in the room mold in the coffee pot. Floors never cleaned toilet was very nasty there's a lot more I can say bad about this hotel
Disliked: The hotel room was very nasty. They need to be turned into the health department for unsafe due to black mold in rooms
