Liked: Breakfast was good and the restaurant crew all had a good attitude to their customers and clean and nice set up inside.
Disliked: Maybe just lights was not enough during my stay..i like a little bit more brighter inside the room..other than all are good to me.

Liked: Room was clean, bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Door deadbolt was broken, trim fell off the window. Heat can't be controlled, so the air conditioner has to be used. Fiberglass trim is exposed all around the air conditioner.Outside areas were disgusting and filthy. Looks as if people have puked and urinated in the hallway. Beer cans were laying in the parking lot, still there when we left in the morning.

A good place to stay...

Liked: The location felt like of the more secure ones in the area due to the layout of the parking lot and it's single entry/exit past the 24/7 staffed office. Inside the unit was clean.
Disliked: A second lock or chain on the door would have been nice to have.

It was good for one...

Liked: The restaurant was out of porridge but the French toast was good. Friendly and efficient staff at Sam’s.
Disliked: I had a hard time getting the TV to show the TV guide but not much of a TV watcher anyways.
