Liked: The room was very big and had many things like a microwave, fridge or coffee. I really liked the room, it was also so comfortable. The location is also very nice, you can reach Venice beach by bus so easily and there are many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. I honestly think it's a good place for long family holidays
Disliked: When I arrived at the hotel, even though I told them my arrival time, there was nobody in the lobby. I asked a man from the cleaning staff and he was so rude. I waited for like 30 minutes until someone appeared and he didn't even apologized.

Liked: It was very loud. You could hear anything from the people above running back and forth. The ac was very loud. The hotel is definitely in a need of renovation. It was not the best but not the worst either. It is an amazing area so the location was great. Stuff was nice and tried their best. It was pretty clean. Just not in the best condition
