A pleasant place to stay...

Liked: a decent pleasant place to stay for the price in a good location so it's accessible to attractions along Newport Blvd and not too far from pier.
Disliked: The photos don't represent how the actual property and rooms look. The cleanliness could be better . Don't look like the room was cleaned fully mainly the bathroom I was disappointed with . It seemed like the main focus was on the bedding which seem to be fine but needs improvement with overall cleaning . The walls and doors look like in need of a coat of paint.

Liked: Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, it was quiet. Pub up the road had good food, plenty of parking.
Disliked: In the booking it said that there was a continental breakfast available, but there was no breakfast available, only tea and coffee. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it and the jacuzzi was empty and there was a tape around it stating that it was not operational.
