Liked: absolutely nothing !
Disliked: I usually don’t mind the location of a hotel, but this place was absolutely horrendous. The moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt off. A woman approached my sister and asked, “Are you the girl who got beat up here the other day?” — that alone was alarming and completely inappropriate. On top of that, there were people roaming the area with liquor bottles, and I even saw older men acting inappropriately around younger girls. It felt unsafe and unsettling.To make matters worse, the hotel didn’t even have a clear sign displaying its name — we had no idea where we were. This place was not only unprofessional but also downright disturbing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst motel I’ve ever been...
Disliked: There is no breakfast as advertised. It was a non-smoking room, and it smelled like smoke, and the air conditioner was pulled away from the wall. You could see straight outside.

It serves it purpose
Liked: The price is good for what it is and it close to the mall.
Disliked: That it doesn’t serve breakfast when it says it does. It doesn’t offer anything but WiFi really. The bed is hard it durable.

Hell and Highwater
Liked: Service was if I was lodging at Dante's Inferno...
Disliked: I did not have the opportunity to stay at the property due to an extremely disappointing and unprofessional encounter. Upon arriving close to midnight after a long journey from the airport, I was met with an utterly unacceptable experience.The agent on duty, Jackie, was engaged in a personal phone call during which she audibly referred to someone as "an asshole." Only after realizing there was a customer waiting did she reluctantly acknowledge my presence. Her response to my situation was nothing short of shocking. She curtly informed me that there were no rooms available, despite my reservation being confirmed and prepaid through Booking.com.When I attempted to explain my circumstances—that I had traveled from out of town and was stranded with a dead phone battery—Jackie became visibly irate. Rather than offer any form of assistance, she dismissively declared that my booking was not her concern. I then requested evidence to confirm whether my reservation had come through, which was met with hostility and indifference.It was only after I mentioned escalating the matter to her manager that she begrudgingly printed a note. Her response to my mention of management was equally dismissive, stating, "She’ll be here in the morning," with palpable disdain.Ultimately, I had no choice but to rely on my Uber driver to transport me to the nearest hotel, the Fairfield Inn, where I thankfully received proper accommodation.This experience was both distressing and deeply unprofessional, and it warrants immediate review by the management of the property. No guest should have to endure such treatment, particularly under such trying circumstances.
