Toilet flooded; bed broke; room key didnt work; nasty attitudes from staff; approached by a female wanting to buy drugs. Wouldn't recommend this hotel for a pet.

Disliked: It was roach infested roaches attacked my food they were all in the bathroom as I showered in the bed as i slept drug dealers and prostitution outside all night being loud I was approached and was scared to go back to the front office but I had to forThe remote and wash rags there was no continental breakfast as was advertised

BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER MADE IN...

Liked: THIS PLACE IS LIGHTYEARS FROM BEING CALLED A HOTEL, IT CAN’T EVEN BE CALLED A MOTEL OR HOSTEL. IT’S A JUNKYARD INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS AND COCKROACHES, IT’S UNBELIEVABLE THE AMOUNT OF BEDBUGS AND ROACHES CRAWLING ELEGANTLY ALL OVER THE BEDROOM WALLS, TOILET FLOOR AND AROUND THE EDGES OF THE BED. WE HAD TO BOOK A PROPER HOTEL ROOM AT THE HYATT PLACE IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE WE DARED NOT MAKE BODY CONTACT WITH ANY SURFACE IN THE ROOM. THE ROOM HAS A PERMANENT CIGARETTE SMOKE AND DAMP SMELL AND THE BED SHEET WAS GLARINGLY DIRTY WITH STAINS AND HOLES ON THEM. IF ANYONE KEEPS AN ANIMAL IN THIS ROOM OVERNIGHT, SURELY ANIMAL WELFARE OFFICERS AND THE POLICE WOULD BE PROSECUTING THE INDIVIDUAL. OUR BRIEF STAY IN THE ROOM WAS JUST TO STAY HIDDEN WHILST WE QUICKLY MADE A RESERVATION AT THE HYATT PLACE. WE ALL FELT UNSAFE IN THE AREA WITH THE AMOUNT OF GANGSTER LOOKING, WEED SMOKING MEN LOITERING AROUND THE PREMISES AND CORRIDORS. THE 1st REDFLAG WAS WHEN THE TAXI DRIVER WHO DROPPED US OFF WARNED US TO BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THE AREA IS VERY DANGEROUS, A WARNING THAT WAS ECHOED BY THE UBER DRIVER WHO PICKED US UP OR SHOULD I SAY RESCUED US FROM THE SLUM. WE HAD A STOP-OVER AT ATLANTA AND NEEDED A PLACE TO RELAX, SELECTING THIS JUNKYARD WAS A MISTAKE AND THE PICTURES DISPLAYED ONLINE ARE VERY MISLEADING AND DECEPTIVE FROM REALITY. I AM CONCERNED BOOKING.COM CAN BE AFFILIATED WITH THIS DANGEROUS, UNHEALTHY & EMBARRASSING FILTH. ANYBODY WHO LOVES THEMSELVES SHOULD NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF CONSIDERING THIS PLACE FOR A VISIT, LET ALONE PLANS TO SPEND THE NIGHT…. - I have written my review in Uppercase in order to highlight how bad this place is.

Liked: We pulled up to this hotel at 1;30am, driving from Florida because of the hurranice,it took 14 hours.Once we arrived at the hotel, they were all types of people standing in the street, someone knocked on our window asking for money, Ladies ask to date myself and my husband.WE decide to park at the airport and sleep in our car.Shame on you for provide a hotel like this to people.I tried contacting booking to express my concern never heard back.I will never use your company and I never received a refund.
