Wonderful hotel & Staff

Liked: Excellent staff always feel welcome everytime we come here. Room always clean no complaints at all!

The facilities were fine.

Liked: I do not think I got the room I reserved. I am now attempting to contact the hotel itself but the number is no good. Trying to contact Booking.com is next to impossible. Speaking with a real person would be nice.AMENDMENT. I was able to contact the hotel by phone. My bad eyesight read the number wrong. I spoke with the desk clerk and all is sorted. She will relay my information to the company and hopefully the website photos will be updated.
Disliked: I booked a Superior King Room that according to the website photos had a large bath tub. The actual room did not. The staff was busy at the time so I did not make too much fuss. After I got home and looked at the website again there the photo is of a Superior King with large bath. Trying to contact the hotel or booking.com is a challenge. I would like a refund for the difference in the room I booked vs. the room I got. I was also surprised to find out after I booked there was no breakfast. I thought everyone had a breakfast. Also, there were no cups or ice bucket in the room. That is unusual.
