The bed was very comfortable.

Disliked: The bathroom was in need of repair. The water in the tub wouldn’t totally shut off neither did the sink. The faucets need replacing.

Liked: location is close to most of the Restaurants. Close to the Interstate. the mall is close by along with Wal-Mart and Target.
Disliked: The room I had this time was not as nice as some of the rooms I have stayed in at this establishment. I was in the back this time. most times I stay in the front.

Disliked: Hotel says fully refundable before reserving and then says not refundable after reserving. Paid for a hotel room that couldn’t even be used.

Liked: The cleaning lady. No matter if we said we were good. She always made sure we opened the door and got TP and clean towels. Normally, they wouldn't care but this one lady was so sweet. The staff has always been great.
Disliked: Needs updated, some stuff doesn't work properly in each room

Disliked: The floor was dirty, it had been swept but not mopped. My socks go really dirty.
