When I have stayed it...

Liked: There are several of them that I’ve met are very understanding. There’s one particular employee and older man. I’ve called twice this week. He said there has been no rooms on either side however two or three days ago I called to make a room and they had one, but then I didn’t have enough money so I couldn’t stay Outside of him. Everything is great.
Disliked: Understanding staff and affordable when in a bind

Liked: Location was adequate seeing how the shuttle to the casino was not available, although we had not planned on driving, main reason for staying there
Disliked: Room availability, reserved a king room and the room was not available on time and then not at all, had to stay in a queen room, next door was an adjoining room # 501, they were up until 4am, bed was super uncomfortable. Other times we have stayed we were able to check in early, however the representative told us that wasn’t their rule and was rude about it, I understand however the attitude and treatment of guests needs A Lot of improvement. I will not be going back
