Disliked: we requested a ground floor room and were sent to a room already in use. Glad we did not walk in on someone. then got sent to second floor. Bathroom maintenance poorly done loose toilet handle. only bananas(green), granola bar and yogurt for breakfast.

Liked: It was convenient. The bed was comfortable. The staff member that greeted me was nice and efficient.
Disliked: The entire property needs an upgrade. Everything is worn out. There’s no elevator carpet on the stairs are dirty and worn out dated. In the room, the wallpaper was ripped and peeling. When I went to turn on the faucet, it was so hard to pull out the handle to turn the water on that I lifted the sink out of the counter. I always forget to take pictures of this stuff.
