Review of our stay at...

Liked: The room was clean every day, and it was nice not to have carpet, which made it less of a chance of falling when you have a disability.
Disliked: They don't have a proper handicap bathroom set up. There is only a walk-in shower with the grab bars. There is no accommodation set up properly for the toilet, or if you are in a wheelchair not much room to move around in the bathroom.The rooms are very hot we had to sleep with the air conditioner on all night. Couldn’t leave our window open at night cause someone smoked outside our door. There was no designated smoking area.Continental breakfast is very limited. If you are not a fan of yogurt and hard-boiled eggs, you are left with cold cereal and toast and begals.

Exceptional

Liked: The room we were given the beds were not made. The young man on the front desk came I helped him make up the beds. Then we discovered the room was flooded. No one had advised him that the room wasn’t vacant or that tgere were issues with flooding He was very professional and helped get us re settled in another room Tge manager tge next morning was rude acted like we shouldn’t be making a complaint .
Disliked: See above!!! Manager disrespectful wouldn’t even listen to positive comments regarding the young gentleman on duty tge night before.

Liked: cleanliness, they left us wine for our anniversary, and the room was comfy!
Disliked: the TV had terrible channels and was very old, the wifi was slow, and the breakfast only went till 9am, wish it was 10 or 11!

Liked: The location for this hotel is ideal and the price was very reasonable.

Disliked: it was sus. breakfast sucked, beds sucked, pillows sucked.

Great comfortable room.

Liked: The room was a great size and the room facilities were good. The bed was comfortable. Being on the ground floor we had an internal hallway door and external door to the carpark, which was very handy. The shopping was all so close and varied. It was only about 15 minutes to the city.
Disliked: They didn't have a kettle in the room, just a coffee maker and you couldn't get hot water through the day. We just bought a Pyrex for the microwave for the decaf coffee we drink.
