Superb

Liked: Very clean, comfortable
Disliked: Did the pre-registration & then had to repeat at the desk. No plug closecto bed to charge phone while using it as alarm.

Not satisfactory

Liked: Staff was fine and helpful with the breakfast and check in.
Disliked: The insect is roaming in my bathroom which was not nice at all and I want my full money back.

Liked: Price and location
Disliked: The front staff was extremely rude not only to myself but to 2 other customers in the lobby. When we got to our room there were cockroaches and blood stains on the sheets and pillowcases.

Overall, wounder full experience

Liked: It is a neat and clean hotel with welcoming staff. Also located in a superb location
Disliked: Breakfast needs to improve
