Disliked: Mostly the shower, it has a week pressure and the curtain is too far into the shower so it is always touching you, it would be far better to have a panel and door

Liked: The location was excellent. Within walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf, North Beach, and even Golden Gate Bridge (or simply take Bus 30). Bed was comfortable and staff friendly. Was on ground floor room, didn't hear any traffic noise.
Disliked: Regrettably, the room was damp smelling, fridge door rubber seal was split and cracked, toilet stop flushing (had fixed the chain in the cistern), no TV remote, no extra blanket, no tea (only coffee). Basically, it was the little things. But they added up to bring the experience down
