Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Many complementaries were available in the Lobby to make our stay more pleasant. The location is unbeatable.
Disliked: Rooms may need some updates, but nothing urgent.

Liked: Bottom floor room with handicap shower access.Fridge and microwave in room.Close to fisherman's wharf.
Disliked: Quite noisy at night.TV kept disconnecting and I had to keep contacting front desk.

Liked: Location - close to cable cars, streetcars and many restaurants.
Disliked: Beware there is no elevator.
