Disliked: Rude wanted to charge for my service animals 1st time ever wanted $150 for cash no wonder they have poor reviews I have never been treated so poorly

Disappointing

Disliked: Bathroom light didn't work Noisy A/C

Liked: The room was exceptionally clean. The hotel staff was welcoming and kind. We had a dog with us and the staff accommodated our request to change from the top floor to bottom floor due to having a dog with us.
Disliked: The bed was a bit too firm for me but that is a personal choice. Some like the bed firm and some like it soft.
