The place was fine but...

Liked: I believe we were out in a handicapped room. I wasn’t allowed a room on the bottom floor when I book through you. I was asked to pay extra for a downstairs room but I think it was handicapped. Told me that when I book through your website that I don’t get the better options. I agreed to pay higher and got a room.
Disliked: Not sure what happened but when I went to get out of bed - I couldn’t get up. My hip/back was in agonizing pain. Luckily I had some strong medication to help me get moving but I had a very painful drive to Blackfalds AB. Finally tonight I am getting some relief. I was planning on going to the hospital when we arrived here. I haven’t gone because I have gotten some relief tonight. Hopefully it is over.

Great stay in Brandon!

Liked: I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was perfect for what I needed at my price range. I got a much larger room than I even needed and it was clean and comfortable. I liked its location, close to many food options and just off the main highway. It felt safe, and the 24-hour staff at the front desk and lighting plus surveillance made me feel like the things in my car were secure. The hotel was very communicative and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It smelled a bit, especially around the pool area (which wasn’t open but that’s okay as they have plenty of warning about this). The room felt like it could use some updating. The fridge was VERY loud at night, which didn’t bother me much as I could sleep through it but if you don’t do well with loud noises this would probably bother you.
