Liked: Wouldn't refund us our money back. Our power went out because of the storm and we were told that it wouldn't be back on until the next day well it was back on 1 and a half hour after I made the reservation so I tried to cancel it because we hadn't even checked in yet and the wouldn't let us instead they kept our money and didn't care about what we were going thru we could have used that money to get food since all our food went bad but we couldn't because they took our money

Liked: This was a bed to stay in over night. Period.
Disliked: Dirty hotel- inside and out. No amenities- not even a spare toothbrush for an unexpected stay. Staff was absolutely no good. Not updated at all. Better than sleeping in the car.
