Quick, friendly service. Quite, clean,...
Liked: Clean
Disliked: The entrance was hard to get in and out of as it is a high volume traffic area. However, traffic and road conditions should not play a part of how we felt about the hotel. It was just the only downside but was completely out of their control

Very good
Liked: The bed was comfortable. The room was a great size, but the only place to sit was on the desk chair that wasn't overly comfortable. There was 2 of us so we had to sit on the bed. A couple of relaxing chairs or a small 2 seater couch would be nice. A grab bar to get out of the tub/shower would be great for safety. There also were no facecloth. We enjoyed our stay in Barrie. Would come back again.Mike & Laurie

Not bad
Liked: The bathroom could be cleaner. In general I can say it is a good hotel for a day or 2. Not enough soap tho for a family

Unethical and irresponsible behaviour
Liked: Worst trip. We travelled nearly 200km with an 8 months old infant just to know there was no power since the night before and wasn’t expected to return until few more days . It was very irresponsible on their end to not inform the customer. We got an unexpected surprise to know about the power outage and still being asked if we want to check in with an infant Seriously??. It was so stupid on their part. I had to ask them to cancel the booking. We understand the power outage was unfortunate and beyond the hotel’s control but the least one could expect is an update making it easier for customer. It was just a waste of time and resources resulting in an exhaustion of gas to and fro if it existed.

Miserable
Disliked: There was absolutely no power. Couldn't see a thing, froze at night, and couldn't use anything in the room, including the shower.
