Very good
Liked: For a one-night stay, it had everything we needed. It's an older building but has been refurbished to update the basics like flooring and bathroom fixtures. All of the electronic locks worked really well. Beds were very comfortable, and towels were fluffy and absorbent.
Disliked: There were only two cups supplied for the room and only one facecloth. We booked for two people. Minor annoyance.

Robs unforgettable stay!
Liked: Location was decent. Breakfast was ok. Staff seemed decent enough. Parking was ok. Price was good.
Disliked: Room stunk like cigarette smoke. They took a damage deposit and room was damaged? Room was a bit sketchy. Did not know there was a homeless encampment behind facilities and heard a death had taken place at the hotel which after staying did not surprise me. Room did not seem totally clean. I would rate hotel a 3 out of 10 overall. Would I stay again? Highly unlikely!

Hockey teams and their drunk...
Liked: I’ve already done this review.
Disliked: Hockey team was there and staff didn’t advise. We’re awoken by kids yelling and screaming running in the halls. I called down and they said they take care of it. They didn’t. I had driven 14 hours and just fallen asleep. Walked down to admin and noticed all the drunk parents, in the lobby having a party. Playing guitar drinking. Total disregard to other people staying. It’s not a bar nor a resort. The two front desk staff seemed to be enjoying the party.. and when I say party i mean like 40 drunks while their kids ran through the place yelling and screaming. No warning was provided at check in. No discount was provided. We were put on the same floor as the unattended children. Total lack of respect for anyone using the hotel to SLEEP. Hotels are used for sleep. Not for parties and screaming unattended kids.
