Disliked: Every ice machine didn’t work, carpet inside out was filthy, night lamp was dirty, shower was leaking all over the floor, broken nightstands, chair was dirty aF, this was the worst, I WANT A REFUND!! NeIGHBORS WERE FIGHTING!! Breakfast was trash!! I didn’t bother to touch none of it.. Dirty towel. Bed was terrible! A FEW DOORS HAD POLICE TAPE AND NO TRESPASSING STICKERS ON THEM, THANKS ALOT BOOKING.COM

Liked: I needed a handicap parking and there was another car parked with out a handicap place, asked the staff it's not right if people that need the parking and not able to help sad
Disliked: Asked also for clean towels I arrived there Friday night and needed clean towels I call for service and was told someone will bring new towels and never did,called again and was told I could go get some new ones downstairs the reception since the ladies were gone already what she could have told me in the beginning there was no one to take him to me
