Liked: I had a reservation, but it was after hours, and the lobby and office doors were locked. I knocked and rang the bell, but no one answered. I had to sleep in my car.
Disliked: The staff does not care about the customers, it's like we are inconveniencing them.

A quick night stay

Liked: The little old lady at the front was very nice and did her best. She handled a difficult customer with ease even though I knew it was stressful for her.
Disliked: The hotel is old. Needs new furniture, bedding, everything.
