Passable
Disliked: The only thing that wasn't "nice" was the arm chair in our room. It was vinyl and it was peeling and scruffy. It just detracted from the sense of new and clean. Otherwise the room and bath were nice.

Would be nicer with maintenance.
Liked: Close to great restaurant.
Disliked: Shower was difficult to operate. Curtains were shredded. Bedding was questionable.

Place was remodeled old hotel....
Liked: Location
Disliked: Breakfast was only waffle machine. No fruit,no eggs, no cheese. No yogurt, Just waffle juice and coffee. Horrible for diabetes. This was not what you should get when you paid 100$ plus for a hotel tm in sm town.

It was OK, but overpriced.
Liked: The buildings were fairly clean but not great. There have been a few simple updates, but in general the facility is showing its age. The beds were quite soft, and the blanket as pretty thin. The breakfast was also very simple.
Disliked: The price was excessive considering the location. If I would have been charged $40 less I would have been happy with the experience. But paying a 5 star hotel price for a 2 star motel makes for disappointed guests.
