Made to feel an inconvenience

Liked: 3 single beds was handy for our family. Hotel was easy to find, good parking
Disliked: I was not allowed enough milk for us to have a cup of tea, there was no kettle in the room just a coffee machine and enough coffee for 2 people, I asked for more pods and was refused. I offered to pay for more pods and more milk cartons, I was told I was asking for too much and the answer was no. I was a solo female with 2 children. I was made to feel awkward and embarrassed. I was too uncomfortable to leave the room again until morning as the receptionist had made me feel unnerved. I felt £96 was a lot to pay for a room with no proper drink making facilities and no food available inside or within View of the hotel. There was a garage nearby that I saw when I was driving away the next day, but the receptionist did not mention I could have purchased milk nearby. I would never stay here again or reccomend it.

Clean rooms and lively staff

Liked: The lady on the desk was so helpful and polite. The place was clean
Disliked: The instant smell at the front entrance reminded us of a residential home. No food available the restaurant wasn’t open much either.

Lovely comfortable and clean hotel...

Liked: Room was very nice and comfortable. Clean and spacious enough. Location is excellent as it is in a quiet area. Plenty of car parking facilities.
Disliked: Nothing.
