Lovely comfortable and clean hotel...

Liked: Room was very nice and comfortable. Clean and spacious enough. Location is excellent as it is in a quiet area. Plenty of car parking facilities.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The location was perfect for our needs
Disliked: On arrival, the first thing the receptionist said “is that you van, you can’t that in my car park”.Then we got informed that we were late arriving at 18.20pm and that 10 minutes later he would have re-let our guaranteed room. Also, the booking was made as “pay at property on arrival” but just guarantee with a credit card. Within a few minutes of providing my card details, a £10 deposit was taken, then early on the day of arrival the full amount was attempted to be taken, but thankfully my anti-fraud measures stopped that happening. All in all a disappointing stay.

Liked: Quiet and comfortable
Disliked: Lacked facilities. Was Saturday night and the restaurant next door was hosting a wedding hence closed for guests. Wanted a meal and relaxing drink and had to drive into town.

Liked: I love the serene atmosphere and best costumer service and nice room
Disliked: I didn’t like the bed it make too much noise
