I would recommend

Liked: Good stay! The room had all the essentials I needed to feel comfortable, almost like being at home. Simple, clean, and convenient for a short visit. Great for anyone looking for the basics done well.
Disliked: NA

I liked this place and...

Liked: Proprietor was friendly, helpful and gave off a good vibe. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom window, which serves as the vent, was difficult for me to figure out how to open. Proprietor would have gladly helped, but I didn't ask him.

Liked: The price, there wasn't much more to like.
Disliked: The heater they had was a small electric radiator heater that was not efficient enough for the size of the room, the A/C was a box fan in the window and a standup floor fan in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable and really hard. The TV remote only changed the channels. No Guide to find something to watch. That being said for a Travel Inn it was the worst place I have ever stayed.

Bad

Liked: The location is convenient. Close to lake tahoe.
Disliked: The room was smelly. We had to open the windows and spray air freshener for it to be livable. Pillows were not comfortable. Nothing felt clean.

Only overnight

Liked: Location was great, there was ice available for guests
Disliked: Parking lot was very tight and poorly designed. The room didn't have air conditioning only a box fan in the window and a fan inside. The heater was slow to warm up and it definitely won't be enough to heat up the room in a winter night. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.

Beautiful, I will miss it...

Liked: Very clean and staff was super helpful and welcoming.
Disliked: I have no complaints, my partner and I liked it very much

Disliked: There was no hot water for a shower electricity went out for an hour the first morning
