Liked: The property is very well maintained. The beach is beautiful, great place to watch the sunset.
Disliked: The property is a tropical paradise.

Liked: Lovely grounds and the houses looked lovely from the outside
Disliked: Limited kitchen utensils made using the kitchen to cook in quite difficult. Bathrooms very dated with old showers where water was never hot enough. Restaurant and Tiki bar hellish expensive and add on services and charges were extortionate

Would recommend if visiting Keys

Liked: Middle of the keys great for visiting Key West. Lovely to have villa with decking overlooking pool and sea view.
Disliked: Few cleaning issues inside villa, dust on ceiling fans, lack of cleaning cloths in kitchen and no liquid for washing dishes by hand.

Liked: Furniture seems slightly run down, AC had few problems , but who cares - this place is just like heaven and an absolute must for everyone who goes to the Keys and can afford the cost. Fantastic lagoon pool within a palm tree garden surrounded by the beautiful wooden beach villas. Private beach with plenty of water sports facilities. Dolphin research center and Sandspur beach just 15 min by car, the turtle hospital is located next door. Absolutely great for children. Probably the best resort on the Keys. Will always remember our time here and hope to come back !

Liked: We loved that the property was centrally located in Marathon. The beach and outside activity area was so nice for everyone to enjoy. We loved the Tiki Bar.
Disliked: One of the bedrooms upstairs did not cool well. It was warm no matter what and the kids didn’t sleep well.
