The motel is not particularly...

Liked: The employees were all pleasant except for Tony who told me in a disrespectful phone conversation that my message left on the motel's voice-mail was "goofy" because I had read the time as 7:05p when I read that time on the television screen. I called the phone number right back to correct the time as 5:05 because the time on the screen had been Eastern Time, or 7:05.
Disliked: I had to call a phone number to get assistance when I arrived because no one was present to register me. No one was at the front desk, I then was required to call the front desk circa 5 times in half an hour to get the WiFi password because no one was at the front desk to answer the phone.

Very disappointed!!!!

Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable. The room was not clean. Shower curtain was dirty. There were clothes in bathroom from previous tenant. I would not recommend this motel nor will I ever stay there again.

I got what I paid...

Liked: The room and bathroom were basic and clean. 2 queen beds with extra pillows - I used one bed and it was very comfortable. Huge screen TV, microwave, mini-fridge, all fine. My room was upstairs - no elevator, but stairs were fine with me. I was on a tight budget for this trip, so I was happy with the $70++ rate and location. The property is older, so nothing fancy, just the basics, and very quiet. Other guests in my building were all on the 1st floor. Staff at the desk were helpful and polite; no maid service during my stay, nor I did expect that.
Disliked: The only surprise and drawback were a dozen Box Elder bugs on the ceiling and curtains. I reported that to the front desk, and the clerk told me what they were. Harmless enough, but still undesirable; I put them down the washbowl drain.

Unbelievable not at all like...

Liked: There was a basket of granola bars 8or 10 in the basket one small pot of coffee the posting of the property is out dated by 10 years or more over half of the rooms are unusable if I could get a refund I would I believe booking.com should take this off there listings I know what it looked like 10 years ago because I lived in Sheridan at that time not impressed with there pictures that are posted
Disliked: The place is like a getto the pool area had lawn mowers and other thing's stored in it I would never recommend this place to anyone except homeless people if you don't believe me send someone there to check it out thanks for your concern that's my honest opinion

Room wasn’t even worth the...

Liked: Staff was terrible. Room was not worth the price paid. Not very clean.
Disliked: We just needed a bed for the night. Staff was crabby and seemed to be inconvenienced because we arrived late. He also stated that he hates dealing with booking.com

I've passed this motel 100...

Liked: Price # 1 compared to other motels in Sheridan. Parking in front of my room. King size clean bed. Room size. Location in Sheridan.
Disliked: Noise on floor above my room - could hear when they walked around their room. Not a big issue, but was obvious I had heavy footed guests directly above. Could hear a sneeze or cough. Rest of motel was one floor, my section was two floors and I was where I wanted, ground floor.

Passable

Liked: It’s not a 4 star for sure! But the beds were comfortable and it was quiet! The AC was quiet too!It had no house less people hanging around. Looked like a busy restaurant.
Disliked: No phone in the room, Wi-Fi was weak, towels had stains, bathroom room door wouldn’t close.
