Excellent value for money, fantastic...

Liked: Upon check-in, we were given a complimentary upgrade to the Trafford Suite, and we were very impressed by the room. During the night, my son suffered a bad nose bleed, and we needed a change of bedding. The staff went above and beyond to help us out and brought spare bedding very quickly. Really can't fault this place at all extremely good value for money and if we need to stay in that area again we will be booking here.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Free upgrade. Entrance is impressive. Shower and bathroom really good and a good sized bed. Bedding seemed expensive and smelled nice and fresh.
Disliked: There was music pumping out loudly until the early hrs of the morning, we were in a room at the front of the building.The room itself was tired and it had literally a lick of paint that looked like my 4 year old child had done it and got bored halfway through.Bathroom greeted us with a strong smell of drains.Stains on the carpet.
