Cute /chic/ budget friendly walkable...

Liked: The style of the entire place the pool area was beautiful ,just like it was advertised very chic apartment style hotel I loved it
Disliked: Parking was not completely understood at booking ,should Les e two spots open in front of hotel entrance way so you you see where to check in at

Nice stay, great location and...

Liked: The location is perfect, close to the beach and Collins av. The hotel has a nice, old, art deco vibe and the courtyard is beautiful. The rooms are big, but old and outdated. Overall a nice stay and would stay again.
Disliked: The rooms are definately outdated although there are nice improvements done, f ex the bathroom amenities.
