Apartment was good. Service not...

Liked: The apartment was very spacious.
Disliked: The reception desk didn’t help us at all with the luggages. We basically lost two days looking after them because they didn’t have space to keep em. Plus I arrived there early and waited for 4-5 hours for them to let me in to my room. They didn’t even clean our room for days!
