Disliked: My experience at this property was far from ideal. When I checked in, I was given a room that had not been cleaned after the previous guest. After notifying the staff, I was quickly given a new room, but there was no apology or explanation. The second room was located on the second floor, right next to a busy highway, so the traffic noise was constant and disruptive.The cleanliness of the property overall was lacking. The walkway to the second floor was dirty, and the room itself had several issues: the TV didn't work, the TV module was filthy, and there were stains on the chairs and carpet. The shampoo bottles had fallen to the floor, likely due to the window being left open. Additionally, no Wi-Fi information was provided at check-in, so I had to use my cellular data.Overall, the facility and service need significant improvement in both cleanliness and guest communication. I understand this is a budget motel, but I would not pay for the price based on what I experienced.
