Superb

Expensive hotel with some issues...

Liked: Friendly, welcoming staff. They asked feedback on check-out, which shows they care and listen. Breakfast was good overall and had many options. Very comfortable beds and the room had a kitchen with all appliances and cutlery sets you'd need. Location is good to reach the tourist locations.
Disliked: While the room was comfortable and spacious, the power outlets weren't all working and the AC wasn't efficient, possibly an old system.While we liked the breakfast options, there should be more counters as it got crowded and had to wait for each item. What we really disliked was the fruits served; they were not fresh. On our last day, pointed out to the kitchen staff that some of the apples were rotten but, unfortunately, that's all they had! Not sure how that wasn't found during quality check before serving to guests.I also wasn't sure why there was no restriction on smoking right before the entrance, which was clearly designated as no-smoking zone. The hotel doesn't have it's own parking but we're lucky to get a spot at the public parking near the hotel.
