I loved everything it was...

Liked: The breakfast was good and it changed daily and I loved that they switched it up. The area was clean and the staff were very attentive to re stocking the breakfast bar. I don't eat pork and they had a alternative option every morning. The staff was great with making suggestions and giving directions there were restaurants near the hotel. I had a late check in and when we arrived the staff was amazing the customer service was on point.
Disliked: They need more carts to bring luggage in with there were none available upon my arrival.

Amazing staff but the most...

Liked: Shasta was spectacular!! That woman made breakfast amazing and was great with the kids. She wouldn’t let me clean up after the kids which I’m used to doing but it was just so nice to have staff who cared. There was one other, I think his name is jay! He was awesome with the kids as well. These two interacted with us all so much. Great location and close to lots of places I needed to go!
Disliked: We get checked in and go to our room and it’s dirty… stains on the corner of the sheets, stains on the shower curtain, the floors weren’t swept, the microwave siding was hanging on(microwave did work), dishwasher was broken. There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed. Drain clog for the bath tub was broken. They did get that fixed the next day. The pool was disgusting. The bathroom door had something all over it, I took a hot soapy rag and cleaned it up.
