Great stay, relaxing

Liked: Clean, very helpful staff, great breakfast options. The coordinator went over and beyond. Ms Sharon i believe was her name! Everyone was very hospitable, from management down to the service staff.

Paid for two rooms and...

Disliked: I arrived and they had no reservation for me even though I had booked over an hour before through booking.com. I had to buy a separate reservation for a different room and booking.com has failed to issue a refund now 8 days later. I have spent over 3.5 hours on the phone with booking.com, over 2.5 hours of this was on hold. I will never book through booking.com again. They have lied to me and stolen the over $180 I spent for a room I never saw. Don't use this service. Run or you may end up with no room and no money left to book another one.

Liked: Management twice tried to double charge me. I had already prepaid on booking. Com . And they were charging me more than what I had paid on booking. Com Plus the furniture appears to be outdated
