Exceptional

I will definitely come back...

Liked: I like that they have a indoor heated pool plus a jacuzzi and a nice restaurant next door The only thing was the Jacuzzi water looked cloudy and the walls looked dirty

Liked: The personal touch of the wash towel shaped in the likeness of a dog made me feel at home. I traveled and stayed in hundreds of hotels and thousands of stays and this is the first time I have ever seen that. Loved it soo much that I took it home to my wife. I will never stay anywhere else when I am in the area again. Staff is wonderful and very courteous. And the Black Bear I encountered @1am coming back from work at the dumpster was another first for me.

Liked: the location and the front desk worker was so pleasant and helpful
Disliked: the room smelled and the shower still had a wet wash cloth hanging from the shower so that leads us to believe that it wasn't cleaned. The room also needed a good cleaning

Planned a swim and jacuzzi...

Liked: Cleanliness, breakfast was delicious and breakfast staff were so accommodating. Close to our home 20 minutes for a quick getaway for some pool and jacuzzi time.
Disliked: We requested extra pillows for my husbands bad back and was told by desk attendant that the hotel didn’t have extras. 4 adults, sofa bed in use and only 4 pillows. We came for the jacuzzi and it was hot however, jets were not working. Same desk attendant said that the maintenance would have to check it in am. We told him some kids were hitting the red button and it probably needed to be reset. He said he didn’t have the key to the door. We planned on using it in the morning and no one at the desk knew it wasn’t working.
