Disappointing

Liked: the location and the front desk worker was so pleasant and helpful
Disliked: the room smelled and the shower still had a wet wash cloth hanging from the shower so that leads us to believe that it wasn't cleaned. The room also needed a good cleaning

Planned a swim and jacuzzi...

Liked: Cleanliness, breakfast was delicious and breakfast staff were so accommodating. Close to our home 20 minutes for a quick getaway for some pool and jacuzzi time.
Disliked: We requested extra pillows for my husbands bad back and was told by desk attendant that the hotel didn’t have extras. 4 adults, sofa bed in use and only 4 pillows. We came for the jacuzzi and it was hot however, jets were not working. Same desk attendant said that the maintenance would have to check it in am. We told him some kids were hitting the red button and it probably needed to be reset. He said he didn’t have the key to the door. We planned on using it in the morning and no one at the desk knew it wasn’t working.

Liked: Comfortable room. Clean
Disliked: Turned the hot water on in the morning to take a shower and it was brown. Really brown. Was told to let it run for 10 minutes but it never cleared up.

Liked: Good location. Easy highway access. Breakfast was alright.
Disliked: It could get a little noisy in the hallways. Wished there was an oven.
