Liked: I liked how the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.
Disliked: I didn’t like how we constantly had to ask for staff to come up to our rooms because our keys didn’t work because of the battery on our door. As explained it was out of the front desks hands but I wish whoever was in charge of that handled it as soon as possible instead of the staff going out of there way every time to come charge the door batter and us sitting outside of our room till they got there.

Disliked: The front desk person checking us in was so rude! Like she did not want to help us. Their bar was out of service as well.
