Liked: The hotel was pretty great from the customer service to the hotel room expectations. Staff was nice. The pool area was amazing! Loved the fact they require access with the card everywhere for security reasons. Enjoyed they had a lot of options for breakfast! Free parking! It was close to Sea World which was convenient! Loved the fact the room had functional ac and lots of appliances made me feel like I was in my own apartment.
Disliked: The thing I didn’t like was having to pay $20 per night apart from what I paid for the hotel. Wish the pool had a warmer it was pretty chilly that I just was only able to put my feet only. Wish the tv quality in the room was better. It had like a blue tint to it. Was trying to find the settings in the controls but nothing.Wish it had better options for movies. Wish there was house keeping as well every day or every other day. Wish the trash cans in the room were bigger.

Disliked: I booked two rooms at the Towne Places Suites by Marriott in San Antonio, near Sea World. My family and I were extremely disappointed with the accommodations. Upon arrival, after an extensive day of traveling, we found the showers filled with rust and mold. A shower in one of the rooms was non-functional. After maintenance came to make the repair, he left dirty shoe prints on the floor of the shower and made no attempt to clean. On another morning, maintenance had to be called again due to a toilet not flushing (blamed on hotel water pressure) causing yet another inconvenience for very basic services. Finally, one of the two elevators at the property was out of order, causing excessive wait times. I typically trust the Marriott brand, however, I will be hesitant to book again.

Great place to stay while...

Liked: Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Always plenty of breakfast items.
Disliked: I liked it all.

Very nice stay

Liked: Very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. There are plenty of options in the Breakfast in the morning (eggs and bacon, cereals, bread, oatmeal, waffle, coffees and juices). Staff was nice.
Disliked: One elevator was out of order so you had to wait a little bit on busy morning.
