Liked: Location. Size of rooms. Breakfast options. The hotel smelt so good !!!!! It’s nice decorated for the holidays. Have a warm home feeling !!

Overall I had a great...

Liked: The staff was friendly and busy working. I didn’t see any staff on their cell phone. They were busy checking people in or cleaning the restrooms or taking family’s to Sea World on the shuttle bus. Also the bed in my room was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. And perhaps the best part of my stay was having active security patrol the parking lot.
Disliked: The only negative about my stay was the loud music being played from the kitchen area during breakfast. During breakfast time in the hotel lobby the kitchen staff was playing their own radio on blast and the mop bucket was left out in the open during breakfast. The music being played was mixing with the noise from the news on the lobby tv’s and it just made me get a cup of coffee and leave.
