Liked: The front desk personnel were quite pleasant. They perfromed their jobs with spped and acuracy. The hotel was faitly quiet, except for the dumpster trucks which were operating at 4:30 a.m.
Disliked: The valet parking attendant made dropping off my vehicle much more complicated that it needed to be.The housekeeper who knocked on my door at 11:40 a.m. (checkout is 12:00) and then could not communictae what she wanted because she doesn't speak English. Apparently she wanted to know when I was leaving! Not cool.

Disliked: Only parking was valet at $40 a night. Shouldnt have to pay for parking if you paid for a room at hotel. RIPOFF. This the reason i wont return.

Liked: Great location: very close from The Alamo and the Riverwalk
Disliked: Parking: contrary to what is stated the property does not have parking. They have valet service, but the valet simply park the car in a public parking without shelter.I asked that the sofa bed be prepared. It had not been. I was given linen to make the sofa bed myself and when we pulled the cushions, the mattress was absolutely disgusting (we have pictures).
