Liked: Surprised by view of mountains. How nice to pool & jacuzzi were.
Disliked: The front was at first not impressive. However once in building very nice. I appreciate the fire pit outside being lit it was nice.

Disliked: I was very disappointed with the use of plastic use at breakfast. Not only do I dislike eating off plastic plates with plastic utensils it is hugely impactful on the environment. Rooms are only cleaned every other day and one of the days was missed during our stay. So the room was only cleaned once during our six day stay. There was no kettle in the room and for a modern hotel it was very strange not to see a more modern coffee machine.The reception are was very antiseptic looking. Like a hospital reception area and the breakfast area was like a canteen. The taking of a $20 plus tax incidentals fee daily. Why? The only thing you can put on the room is snacks from the snack bar which could easily just be charged. As it was taken on my debit card it will take 7 days to go back on my card and I fear I will be chasing this. Only one of the three washing machines was working.
