Good Location. Good Amenities.

Liked: Location is good. Close to a lot of shopping and dinning options. The full kitchen in the room was very useful for our long stay. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The amenities the property offers are a plus. Indoor pool. BBQ station. Breakfast.
Disliked: Had an issue with Andrew at the front desk. A sprinkler was broken where I was parked and the water was shooting all over my car. When i went in to tell him and see if he could turn the water off he laughed and said don't worry we wont charge you for the car wash. I then had to hurry into the car and try and limit the amount of water I got on me. I have a truck and the bed was soaked where we were supposed to put our luggage so I went in to ask Andrew for some towels and he said they didn't have those kinds of towels and walked away. I called him back and told him any would do. Not once did he say sorry for the inconvenience or offer to help. I asked to speak to the manager Jessica but he said she wont be in for another hour. I tried calling back 2 hours later and she still wasn't in. I tried calling back an hour after that and still no Jessica.
