The hotel was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. We had a great stay. It was in a great location from where our event was and a good distance to other restaurants using Lyft - our rides were no more than 10 dollars and that was during peak hours.

Very poor

Liked: I booked a 1 bedroom suite. It lists 2 beds, 1 queen, and a pull out sofa-bed. We had somewhere to be all day, and we got back late to the room after the front desk was closed. We had no extra blankets or bedding for the sofa-bed. My son had to sleep on the floor using the only blanket from the queen bed. I had to use towels as a blanket. When I spoke to the front desk in the morning, the lady said the bedding is available per request. I booked a 1 bedroom with 2 beds for a reason! No one asked me at check in if I would need the bedding for the sofa-bed. I checked in with my son! It was clear there were 2 of us! He's a very young adult, and he does not sleep with me! It was obvious we wanted 2 beds! I wasn't offered a refund or a discount. I was offered later check out as if that made up for the fact we had 1 bed all night, and I paid for 2! I will never go back here!

It was absolutely horrible overall...

Disliked: Nothing this was the worst stay I ever dealt with in my 36 years of living I was discriminated against for absolutely no reason and me and my kids where trespassed from the property the manager lied and said I smoke in the room and I absolutely did not further more I was denied the reservation IMade today and my 150 dollar refund from the deposit I’m now at towneplace suites where they are trying to charge me an additional 250 for deposit I need some typeOf help and compensation please
