Clean Room

Liked: Room was very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't very good and parking is 10$ extra a day. No hot tub and bed not the most comfortable but ill take the clean room over the small negatives.

Dirty room? No problem. Clean...

Liked: The room was very spacious, comfortable furniture, and excellent amenities.
Disliked: The room was very dirty: dried human bodily fluids on the bath tub, long black hairs in the shower, food crumbs and animal hairs on the furniture, and burned food leftovers in the microwave. The front desk staff was rude. When we complained about the room, the staff handed us cleaning materials to clean it ourselves. The manager was absent and said that she could not come in for another three days. Discount of the 30 dollars was offered, but a full refund was refused, and the manager did not even give us the time to talk to us directly.
