Liked: Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff were nice but check in person didn't give enough information. Room was good size and nice.
Disliked: Hear TV in adjoining room kept us awake. Lights didn't work in kitchen. No silverware. Wasn't told we would have to pay for parking which cost $19, very unreasonable when paying $130 for room. Dirt on bathroom counter. Didn't know had to use room key to operate elevator. Won't be back.

Disliked: The Mayo cancelled my mom’s appointments to reschedule in January. We tried to cancel and get a refund, but our calls and emails were ignored. We never stayed there and won’t when we are back in January.
