I've stayed at this location...

Liked: Good food choices (bagel breakfast sandwiches were great). Kitchens in the rooms are awesome. Pillow selection is very good and beds are just right. Love the dining/common area, very comfortable feeling.
Disliked: Parking is always an issue, but expected with such a popular location.

I wasn’t impressed

Disliked: When we where double charged for our room the girl that helped us seemed to be annoyed that I was asking for my money back and still have not gotten the funds put back

Liked: I loved that it had kitchenette as well as handicapped accessable.
Disliked: I didn't like that they had a handicapped lift for the pool and hot tub, but staff did not know how it was used or it didn't work. Maybe have it accessable for people who are jn wheel chairs.

Liked: My husband and I decided on this hotel because of its location. We came to the hotel for our honeymoon and would love to come back. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Bad

Liked: I made a reservation May 30th and went to the hotel a few days later to check if the reception was confirmed, but why did they unilaterally cancel it on June 21st and make me change to Besr Western? Are you guys scamming me?Are there any cases like this?
Disliked: Don't scam your customers like this.I have never had a hotel booking fail before, so why do such absurd cases occur? Please refund $353.75 quickly.

Disliked: Yes I expected it to be more and have a kitchenette. It was so small and barely useful. Definitely would not pay extra for the service.
