Pleasant

Liked: Nice and clean but breakfast could have been a real meal.
Disliked: Booked for a king bed suite, arrived to a double bed and told I would get a discount because booking app was incorrect and never got any discount. Don’t always believe what you’re told.

Not a great weekend.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well supplied.
Disliked: Took 5 hours and 5 reminders to get an ice bucket when I should have been told the the freezer have trays and ice ben. The TV remote stopped working and was told there were no batteries in the remote. To get the TV off for the night it had to be unplugged. The next morning we couldn't turn it back on. Went all day without the TV and the new lady behind the desk told me she would tell her manager on Monday. ( day after we were leaving). Saturday night there was a new woman ( I think her name was Zena) behind the desk, she gave me new batteries and showed me how to put them in. I did this and it still didn't work. After I ate my dinner I told her it wasn't working so she came up to my room and the remote was working. She said the because we had unplugged it, after I put the batteries in, it had to reboot itself. I will not stay there again. The last thing is I am diabetic and they did not have sugar free syrup.
