Liked: I didn't have any but it looked fine.

Very emotional due to losing...

Liked: I liked the location. My father passed away a few months ago. So my mom sold there house and moved to Arizona. So we came to spend Thanksgiving with her. It was 13 minutes away from the hotel.
Disliked: I didn’t like the towels. They were rough on my face and body. I had a margarita at the bar and it was small and very expensive $16.00 for a cadalic margarita. It must of been 4 ounces of margarita and the rest was ice. Not worth it. My husband asked the bartender why he didn’t put the The Gran Manir on the side and he offered to do it on the next drink. I finished it and we left. We needed up at Dave & Busters and I paid $11.00 for Cadillac margarita and it was at least 16 ounces.

Worst experience ever, received no...

Liked: Nothing my reservations were canceled at the last minute.
Disliked: I am 65 years old and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I booked the room two months ahead and payed over 400 dollars, I was headed out the door to go check in and find out they transferred my reservation to another hotel. The only reason I booked this room was to be able to walk to my event and I was transferred miles away to hotel that made that impossible. I spent another 60 dollars just for transportation to the event. When we arrived at the new hotel at their check in time the lobby was full of people were also transferred waiting for the hotel to get rooms ready. We had to wait till after our event to check in. The hotel was in a construction zone and was not worth the money. We received no money back for the inferior hotel. We were told they canceled booking.com guests first. We called booking .com and never got a call back from first person, called again and they did nothing for us.

Best hotel to stay at

Liked: The staff was excellent, the room was very nice, and the location was very good. The breakfast was the best of all the hotels I've stayed at.
Disliked: I liked it all
