Good stay, just upgrade the...

Liked: The property was clean and staff was very nice and readily available for assistance. The rooms were spacious (stayed in the 2 bedroom suite w/ sofa bed) The TV had good channels plus Youtube and Netflix, it had a full kitchen which was great to reheat food or some quick cooking!
Disliked: The only thing that i did not like was the sofa bed. I thought the sofa bed had an actual mattress to sleep on, however the way it functions is to remove the back pillows and pull on the 2 fabric handles on the top of the sofa towards you. After you pull back, the sofa opens like a “book” and it’s basically just a platform. It is not comfortable and i had to load it up with blankets for it to be at least tolerable to sleep on. Please, i implore this hotel to upgrade their sofa beds to have actual mattresses.

Liked: It was a cute little room, just not for three people. I liked it was fully equipped too
Disliked: I did not like that they charged me an additional $20 that I was not aware of and that booking.com failed to mention to me. That disrupted my stay and made me annoyed, but everything else with the room was okay, but that was not a room for three people. They should not have recommended it. It was way too small

Confortable hotel, great staff, but...

Liked: Great staff, welcoming and kind. Easy check in and check out.
Disliked: The appliances were old, and the fridge was supper noisy and rattling I had to unplug it at night so I could sleep. The dishwasher did not work. They were supposed to send someone to repair it, but I'm not sure they did; I ended up washing by hand (not the end of the world but...). The kitchen did not have what I would expect in terms of supplies and cookware, for example there were no sieve to drain my pasta.
