Liked: The staff was great at this hotel! Hotel was very clean and breakfast was good. We stayed here for the NFL Pro Bowl and then went to Disney for a day. It was a great location for everything! Not far from the airport, convenient to Disney parks and very close by the Universal and Sea World. We would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: Our original room was the king room with a pull out couch. My parents took the bed and my 10 year old son and I slept on the pull out couch. I am someone who can sleep just about anywhere but the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. It was a contemporary style couch and when it unfolded to the bed it was more like a box spring. Really no different than sleeping on the floor. We talked to the front desk the next morning and they were wonderful! She was able to move us to a double queen room with just a small upcharge. We were gone all day so they arranged our bags to be moved to the new room so everything would be there when we got back later. So my only recommendation would be don't count on the pull out couch as a bed.

Disliked: I chose this hotel because of the breakfasts. The idea was to eat and leave the hotel quickly so as not to waste time and enjoy the attractions outside the hotel. Unfortunately, the breakfasts are a bad joke. I don't know if Americans eat such poor quality food or maybe they only serve it to guests. Scrambled white eggs from powder, artificial eggs already peeled, disgusting bread, no vegetables. If you get up at 6 am you can get one of the few oranges that the hotel gives, later there is no chance. Parking USD 26 per night. Now I would choose another hotel half the price with free parking and no breakfast. I know you are lazy, but the only thing that was ok was chamomile tea and waffles that you could bake yourself.
