Liked: Our stay at TownPlace was excellent, the room was large and had all the amenities, it was clean and very well kept. The location was very close to Universal Studios, so we had no problem getting there with an uber. We would definitely come back here

Feels like it's brand new!

Liked: The property has a few years but it still looks like it just opened yesterday! It is very well maintained, the room was spotless, the lobby and breakfast area seem like just open! I was very satisfied with the breakfast even though is simple with not too many choices. Free pop corn by the bar!! The pool is good for the kids, but it got a little chilly at some points during the day. The place is dog friendly and our pup was comfortable in our 2 Queen suite. The staff was incredible during our 2 week stay! You can do many things without a car around this property, lots of shops and dining choices!
Disliked: Having to pay for parking was not ideal and adds up at $30 a day.... Very unusual for hotels in Orlando to pay for parking, to me that was the only disadvantage of this property.

3 night stay at TownePlace...

Liked: Our room was a King Suite. It was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen and towels were very good. The included breakfast was good and coffee, tea and water were available all day. We loved the swimming pool and pool area.There are shopping outlets on the doorstep and a few fast food restaurants. However we couldn't find a supermarket nearby.No saucepan or frying pan provided. You really need a car to make the most of the area, the bus service is poor.There were a lot of poor reviews about TownePlace Suites but we were happy with our stay.

Liked: Kitchen was the reason we stayed in this hotel! The property was clean and staff were polite and friendly! The room was very modern and clean! The hotel was 9-10 minutes drive from The Universal and we paid like 8-9 dollars to Uber and Lyft! This was our first stay and we are thinking to stay in this hotel next time we visit Orlando! They had fresh coffee at the lobby all the time, I usually don’t like hotel coffee but this was the one of the best so far! I don’t have anything to say bad about it.
