Hotel, staff and service were...

Liked: The hotel is near a hospital and seems to cater for people visiting patients in the hospital or staff working there. I was on holidays and had booked the hotel as it was advertised as 'downtown' which I assumed was in the middle of Orlando andwithin walking distance of shops etc.
Disliked: The location of the hotel is misleading for tourists

Liked: That one brunette guy at the reception was incredibly rude and gave me stalker vibes with his weird questions.He was so undermining and asking strange questions to me and my friend. I really didnt like him.
Disliked: The first night there was a guy at the reception. He was really rude and he was asking unprofessional questions such as why would I be in Florida at the first place. He was undermining.He also did not help me with my credit card issues which next day his coworker was able to easily. He was just trying to create a problem and insult me.
