Excellent place to stay.

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful. I checked out early on January 3rd in the morning to meet our plane. We had to wait in the lobby for our uber. I forgot the very nice lady’s name. She was the only one on the desk. It was around 3:30 am Jan. 3rd, 2025. I would like to thank her for being so supportive and kind to me. I was in Orlando with my teenage granddaughter. Her kind words helped me get through the rest of my morning. Thank you

Probably will not stay here...

Liked: Location and low noise levels.
Disliked: The front desk staff on day of arrival were not friendly and were not shy about expressing their frustration about being “bothered” when asked simple front desk/hospitality questions. The TV in the room is set in a poor location and not visible from any angle.
