It was pleasant and quiet
Liked: The staff! Always smiling and helpful. Same people work there as last year. The rooms are large with a kitchen and dining table. Clean pool. Nice breakfast.

Disliked: DO NOT BOOK HERE.Reserved AND PAID EXTRA for a 2 queen room. Upon arrival, at about 10:30 pm, I was given my keys and went upstairs to my room. Keys weren’t working. Kept trying to open the door for a few minutes. Not working. Went downstairs only to find out they gave me the wrong room number! I was trying to open a door to a room that was already occupied!Once I received the keys and accessed my room, I found out that it was a king room with only 1 bed. I called the front desk immediately and was told “Room types aren’t guaranteed, but there is a pull out you can use”. I asked to speak to the manager they said no manager on site but they will be there in the morning. They offered to bring up a roll away bed but the room is so small even if they did bring one the only place to put it would be blocking the door. So we had no choice.We pull out the pull out and it’s not a queen, not a full, but about the size of a twin bed. The kids fought ALL night. Nobody got good sleep. Morning comes around I ask to speak to the manager. I was advised that they won’t have a manager on site until noon. Checkout is at 11am. So during our entire stay there was not 1 manager on site that could help us. Not one person in the entire building that could help us.DO NOT BOOK HERE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION AND GIVE YOU WHATEVER THEY DECIDE REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU BOOK AND PAY FOR. NOBODY IS THERE TO HELP AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT.

Liked: I booked a suite, the room supposed to have a king bed. The bed sizes was 57x75 full sizes. I slept on rollaway bed in living room. I requested daily room cleaning. That was a joke , housekeeper never showed up. We got housekeeper 3 out of 7 days. We also had an ant problems. Took 4 calls to front desk. We had to call front desk every day. I spent over 1300. I had to beg for clean towels. Every day here was a challenge.
Disliked: Marriott not lying about bed sizes, better housekeeper. Hotels not run efficiently.
