Liked: Kitchenette closet was very spacious outdoor amenities were excellent I love the hotel

Very good
Liked: The kitchen, room size, and setup. The shower was great! The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The Roku TV! We were told we could use the Live TV app, it never did open a tv program other than the news. The bed could use an update, but I was so tired it didn't matter.

It was a good stay.
Liked: Love the rooms and pool
Disliked: the dishwasher collect water and gave a burning smell when we tried to use it, we turned it off, and told front desk at check out. The Some of the dishes were dirty when we first used them.

Liked: Friendly staff mostly clean room
Disliked: The coffee had used and dried out coffee still in it and no coffee just de caffeinated! and the ice machine was out no warning!

It was completely horrible! I did not like it at all! I wished I could get my money back!
Liked: The property is directly behind where my mother lives. So it's very convenient.
Disliked: The night attendant wasn't very friendly at all! When asking questions she gave a rude response without any knowledge of anything! The rooms weren't checked by any staff before we arrived! Room 434 had no A/C! The next room 425 had a filthy toilet with remnants of feces under the rim of the toilet! The microwave did not work! I was very disappointed and I was there for my brother's funeral! I spent a total of over 500 within the times I've stayed there!
